Distance contract
The owner of this website is SIA Lauva Beauty (reg. no. 40203298733, Jelgava, 4.linija 15-69, Latvia), hereinafter the Seller, on the one hand, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:
1. General provisions
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the order placed on the website;
General description of the products, the composition is described for each product individually. The seller informs that product information may be changed without notice;
The seller is not responsible for improper use of the goods and does not undertake to cover losses caused by improper use of the goods;
In cases where the ordered product is not available or there are problems with the delivery, the Seller will inform the Buyer about this within two working days;
Product colors in real life may differ from those shown on the Internet due to monitor settings;
Product prices are shown separately for each product. The seller informs that the prices in the online store are variable. The price may be changed by the Seller without notice;
2. Ordering goods
To place an order in the online store, the Buyer selects the goods, their color or one of the available variations and adds them to the shopping cart. To confirm the order, the Buyer selects the option - Order;
When making a purchase, the Buyer checks whether the product and quantity selected in the shopping cart are specified according to needs;
The buyer is personally responsible for the correctness of the delivery data;
In order for the Buyer to make changes to the order, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller of the changes using the contact form by calling +37128622573 or by e-mail [email protected];
When ordering the product, the Buyer confirms that he is familiar with the description of the product, the instructions for use and all the information related to the specific product;
If the Buyer has questions or doubts about ordering goods or order details, the Buyer should contact the Seller using the contact form or by writing to [email protected]
3. Payment of goods
When placing an order, the Buyer receives an invoice with company details and transaction details in the e-mail specified in the order within two working days;
The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature;
The buyer pays for the order by bank transfer;
Commission fees (interbank commission, etc.) related to making a transfer to the Seller are covered by the Buyer;
The invoice must be paid within 3 days from the receipt of the invoice. If the invoice is not paid within the specified time, it is considered invalid and the Seller cancels it;
The Seller starts the preparation and dispatch of the order only if the Seller has received the money for the order in his bank account.
By entering the necessary information, when placing the order, the Buyer confirms that he is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him are used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the legislative requirements of the Republic of Latvia. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
4. Delivery of goods
The seller delivers the order to the buyer according to the method of delivery chosen by the buyer;
The seller ships the order within 2-3 working days;
In urgent cases, if the Buyer needs faster dispatch / transfer, the Buyer informs the Seller about it in order to agree on the possibilities of faster dispatch / transfer;
Delivery costs depend on the type of delivery chosen by the Buyer. The available shipping methods are:
- Delivery using the OMNIVA package in Latvia, price - 3 EUR;
- Delivery using OMNIVA parcel in Lithuania and Estonia, price – 7.00 EUR;
- Delivery using Latvijas Post office in Latvia, price – 3.50 EUR
-Delivery in the territory of the European Union countries using courier mail (OMNIVA, DPD, DHL, Latvijas Pasts, etc.), price - according to the tariff;
In cases where the Buyer wishes to receive the order using another delivery method, the Buyer must coordinate this with the Seller;
In cases where the preparation of the order was delayed, the Seller immediately informs the Buyer about the delay in the delivery of the order;
The Seller is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of the goods, which is related to the delay of the delivery service provider chosen by the Buyer.
5. Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered product or exchange it within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order, if the product is unused, damaged and in its original packaging.
To cancel the ordered item, the Buyer contacts the Seller in the contact form or by writing to [email protected]
The costs related to the return of goods due to the Buyer's refusal shall be borne by the Buyer;
The seller returns the money to the buyer's bank account within 14 days from the moment of receiving the goods;
In cases where deficiencies in the delivered goods or a defect in the product are found, the Seller shall cover all costs related to the exchange or return of the goods;
In the event that the Buyer wishes to exchange the goods, the expenses related to the exchange of goods (costs of resending the exchanged goods with OMNIVA - 3 EUR / Latvijas Pasta - 3.50 EUR, etc.) shall be covered by the Buyer. The buyer is invoiced for redelivery for the exchange of goods according to the chosen delivery method.
6. Privacy
By entering the necessary information, when placing the order, the Buyer confirms that he is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him are used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the legislative requirements of the Republic of Latvia.
